Emeline's 4 month appointment came a little late due to moving and the slowness of getting her records transferred. So, at four and a half months, she was 24 inches long, 12 pounds even, and her cute little head was 16.25.
She has learned to get in the crawling position, but hasn't coordinated movement of her arms and legs. Still, she gets around and baby-proofing is a priority now. She sticks her tongue out now and blows raspberries, and cracks everyone up. She eats like a champ and loves jarred fruits, vegetables, and even meat. Whenever she spots someone eating or drinking, she opens her mouth as if to say "Give me some!" It is so pitiful and heart-wrenching. Con artist!
I wish she would take naps. She won't sleep for more than 15-25 minutes at a time. I have tried the cry-it-out and non-crying methods... she outsmarts them all. The girl has amazing determination. I only hope she uses her powers for good when she is older.
