Emeline displayed many idiosyncrasies from birth. As is her style, she isn't about to slow down or stop for anyone. She is deeply afraid of the printer. She screams and sprints as fast as she can to rescue the paper from the printer. "The paper! It's sinking!"
She is still afraid of the vacuum cleaner.
Last night she was watching Deadliest Catch with Gene. "Crabs! I'm afraid. They will eat my toes."
Don't, whatever you do, press pause or fast forward a movie. She completely freaks out and falls apart. Imagine, for a moment, my deep hatred of Charter Cable because the channels freeze anytime it gets windy or cold... which happens frequently in northern Nevada.
Don't let your (sweat/yoga) pants cover your toes! Oh, how I envy the tall, lanky bunch. Emeline doesn't get too upset, but she will demand that your toes be visible again.
She requires a cup of almond milk the way people have to drink coffee. She won't get out of bed unless she has it.
I dunno... a million other things that I can't think of until I see children who are calmer and less quirky.
